Here at Nicholson Heating Services we are dedicated to getting you our customer through this time with the least hassle possible, we realise how important heating and hot water are to you,
If you are having boiler issues or are in need of a replacement we would advise getting it done as soon as possible as we don’t know how long we will be able to source goods and we are aware that government advice is changing all the time.
When booking we need you to be honest with us, if you have any of the symptoms of COVID19 or you are “shielding” we need to know, for your safety, the safety of employees and of course the larger public.
Before any work commences we will clean all surfaces before and after, we will wear disposable gloves and masks, any engineers with symptoms will not be working , we will keep the 2 meter distance rule, payments will be taken over the phone.
All of our office staff are working from home so please bear with us, all our engineers are fully aware of their responsibilities,
